10 Years in Partnership is an opportunity to celebrate what we have built together and explore what is now possible because of it. In uncertain times, the relationships we have cultivated, the work we have delivered, the change we have enabled, point to the importance – and the power – of bringing diverse community to common cause: thriving lives for Service children.
This year, as we embark on a new strategy to 2030, we want to take stock of what has made our considerable growth as a community possible and to bring that learning into the very different context ahead of us. What are the unchanging features underpinning our success that will anchor us in times where change is constant - normal? How do our shared values – making a difference, inclusive community, rigorous evidence – strengthen and sustain global action that is rightly diverse and nuanced?
The future for the children of serving and ex-Armed Forces personnel is characterised by unprecedented change and uncertainty, and it is paramount that we – their advocates, champions and supporters – do all we can to help them thrive through it. That is a big ask in a context where our own work and lives feel the effects of the same challenges. So, join us in York to mark this major milestone in our journey together and add your unique contribution to our collective purpose. Through workshops, panel sessions, roundtable discussions, networking and in deep listening to the lived experience of the children and young people themselves, share your work, your learning and your ideas with a global community characterised by their passion and commitment to our vision of thriving lives for Service children.
