This 30-minute session is specifically for existing Toolkit users whose accounts have been migrated from our previous platform.
We'll show you:
- how to access your migrated account;
- where to find your previous Toolkit information;
- what's new on the platform;
- how to get started with your 2026–27 Toolkit; and
- where to find further guidance and support.
There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you have about moving to the new platform.
Who should attend?
This session is for existing users of the Thriving Lives Toolkit whose accounts have been migrated from our previous platform.
We are running a range of sessions throughout October and November. Please note: you only need to attend one session. The same content will be covered at each.
If you are a new user, or a partner supporting the Thriving Lives mission, we’ll be offering introductory sessions tailored to you soon.
