Senior leaders and staff at Crofton Hammond Infant School - many of whom have military ties themselves - are passionate about ensuring the needs of Service children are met effectively. The school has utilised the Thriving Lives Toolkit extensively to support its thinking, and its engagement with Service families is highly impressive.
 

This case study highlights how school leaders have used Principle 6 to develop a whole-school culture within which parents are included fully in the daily life of the school, underpinned by excellent relationships between staff and parents and strong lines of communication.
