We are proud to publish our new Early Years research, led by the Centre for Research in Early Childhood (CREC), exploring the experiences of young children from Armed Forces families and the professionals who support them across the UK:

Enabling Young Children from Armed Forces Families to Thrive: Evidence, Practice and Policy

This landmark research directly informs the Thriving Lives Early Years Toolkit and represents a major step forward in building a coherent, evidence‑led 0–25 approach to supporting Service children.

Commissioned by the Service Children’s Progression Alliance and delivered as part of the Thriving through Childhood and Beyond project, led by the Naval Children’s Charity, this work has been made possible by the generous support of the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust.

With thanks to the practitioners, families, researchers and expert advisors who made this possible.
