We're delighted to announce that applications are now open for the position of SCiP Alliance Impact Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the SCiP Alliance and play a key role in the early development of the SCiP Alliance Impact Centre.

The Impact Associate will support the development and day-to-day management of the Impact Centre's operations, training and consultancy offer, and project delivery. This includes supporting a new capacity-building programme designed to help organisations strengthen their confidence, competence and capacity to become more evidence-led.

The post holder will be someone with significant research and data expertise who is interested working with policy, practice, funder, and academic audiences to help make evidence-led change. The candidate will hold a research degree (PhD or similar) and/or have experience of evidence mobilisation in a practical setting. We welcome applicants from diverse methodological expertise who can bring their skills to advance understanding of evaluation data related to the Armed Forces, education, children and young people's services, special educational needs and other relevant fields.
