Call for Workshop Proposals: SCiP Alliance Conference 2026

The SCiP Alliance is inviting inspiring practitioners, researchers, and professionals to help shape our 2026 Annual Conference by submitting a workshop proposal for one of three workshop sessions during the day.

This year’s theme—10 Years in Partnership—will focus on the value of partnerships – exploring shared achievements and how we can work together to accomplish more for Armed forces children.

What we’re looking for

We’re inviting expressions of interest that align with this year’s conference theme of partnerships. Whether you are currently delivering a project or service that is working well, or have done so in the past, we are keen to showcase examples that demonstrate the value of and commitment to collaboration.

Whether your work is rooted in education, research, the third sector, or policymaking, we want to hear how collaboration and partnerships has supported Service children to thrive.

Workshop format

Each 45-minute workshop should:

🔹 Share a compelling example of your work—a project, intervention, or insight which has been delivered collaboratively between one or more partners.

🔹 Describe the additionality of working in partnership – how has working together achieved more than working alone.  For example, was resource deployed more effectively or duplication reduced?

🔹Spark meaningful discussion - Engage delegates through practical, interactive elements that balance speaker insights with space for shared learning and reflection.

Please note: Due to space constraints and theme alignment, we may not be able to proceed with every submission. All facilitators will also need to purchase a conference ticket to attend, as this is a non-profit event.
