Sarah has worked with children and young people throughout her entire career. Having originally trained at The Royal Academy of Dance, she has since transitioned into education and now serves as a teacher and Houseparent at Monkton Prep School in Bath. With five years of hands-on boarding leadership experience and a background rooted in pastoral care and safeguarding, Sarah is passionate about creating emotionally supportive environments where children feel known, heard, and that they truly belong. As a mother of three, she brings both personal and professional insight to her work, with a strong commitment to the wellbeing of the whole family in the boarding journey.
