Armed Forces families entering the boarding school environment. The study shows that successful transitions depend on preparing the whole family, not just the pupil, and highlights the value of a “whole person, whole journey” approach. With CEA funding enabling access to boarding, we’ll explore how comprehensive support benefits employers, families, pupils, and schools alike. Alongside research insights, this is a chance to share experiences, compare what works (and what doesn’t), and leave with practical ideas to strengthen transitions in your own setting.
