Demonstrating what's working - Making evaluation practical and robust

In this workshop we will all have the chance to think about effective evaluation inside our own organisations. The session will start with some pointers for how evaluation might be both rigorous (the best quality data) and practical (within our normal practice). Importantly, we will discuss how good evaluation is good advocacy and the benefits for advancing the needs of Service children with strong data. Then we will work in groups to share best practices in identifying and collecting evaluation data and have a chance to talk to the Impact Centre team on our tables about ways in which we might go even further to support our organisational goals.
